• Trip requests. When you use our trip form we collect your name, email address, preferred contact channel, phone number (if you choose WhatsApp or phone), destination and hotel preferences, travel dates, party size, room and meal-plan preferences and any notes you add.
• Newsletter. If you subscribe, we collect your email address.
• Usage data. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website. It may collect information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, using cookies or similar technologies.

How we use it

• To respond to your trip request and prepare options for your dates.
• To contact you through the channel you selected.
• To improve our website and services.
• To send newsletters, only if you subscribed — you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and handle your request (for example hosting, database and email delivery providers) and, where you ask us to arrange a booking, with the hotel or travel supplier needed to fulfil it.
