Rooms

Deluxe Rooms (35 m²) have garden, pool or sea views, two-bedroom family rooms suit families of four, and junior and royal suites add more space. Main buildings have lifts, and accessible rooms are available on request.

Restaurants and bars

Five buffets (Mediterranean, Alfredo, East & West, L'Asiatique and Soprano) and a beach club food court are included, and the White Elephant à la carte is paid. Nine bars include Columbus, the sports bar, Olympus and the aqua park and beach bars.

Beach, slides and activities

The beach slopes over sand and coral (reef shoes advised), and the 600 m jetty reaches a sandy lagoon halfway along. There are 7 adult and 4 children's pools and an aqua park with 8 adult slides and 24 children's slides and games. The kids club takes ages 4 to 12, and tennis, padel and bikes are free.

Good to know before you book

  • Children: the first child under 12 stays free and a second child aged 2–11 pays half the adult rate; in a family room both children under 12 stay free. Bring birth certificates to check-in; guests aged 12 and over count as adults.
  • Egyptians and residents can book a special room rate. A valid Egyptian ID, Egyptian passport or residency must be shown at check-in, or extra charges apply. Egyptians pay in Egyptian pounds; under Egyptian law, foreign guests pay in foreign currency.
  • The Honeymoon Offer room requires a marriage certificate issued within the last three months.
  • Day-use passes are not sold (book at least one night), and pets are not allowed.
