Pickalbatros White Beach Resort Hurghada

Pickalbatros White Beach Resort is a 5-star all-inclusive hotel on the Corniche (Villages Road) in Hurghada, right by the town's seafront promenade and only about 3 km from the airport. Opened in 2016, it is one of the group's newer Hurghada hotels, with 473 rooms in buildings with lifts.

It has a 150 m private sandy beach with a gentle entry and a pontoon, a children's splash park with 12 heated slides and the Red Sky rooftop bar with sea views. That makes it a convenient, modern choice for families and couples who want a beach hotel close to town and the airport.

Rooms and suites

Deluxe Rooms (40 m²) have garden, pool or side-sea views and sleep two adults with two children. Executive sea-view rooms (55 m²), sea-view Junior Suites (70 m²) and a 120 m² Royal Suite with panoramic sea views add more space. Four accessible rooms can be requested.

Restaurants and bars

Buffets include Soprano (Italian), East & West and Culina, and Wow is an à la carte restaurant you can book once per stay. A food court and the Sweet Home bakery with an ice-cream corner cover snacks. Bars include the Lobby Bar, the Olympus pool bar, a beach bar, a sports bar and the Red Sky rooftop bar.

Beach, pools and kids

The sandy beach has free umbrellas, loungers and towels and an 85 m pontoon. There are two adult pools, four children's pools and 12 children's water slides heated in winter, plus the free Alba Kids Club for ages 4 to 12 with a playground and mini disco.

Fly into Hurghada International Airport (HRG). Resort transfers are typically 15 to 45 minutes depending on the area. Cairo is the main alternative gateway for longer itineraries.

Best time to visit: Hurghada is sunny almost all year. March–May and September–November balance warm days with a comfortable sea. Winter is mild with cooler evenings. Summer is hot, but the sea is at its warmest.
