Creek Hotel & Residences

Creek Hotel & Residences sits on the lagoon in central El Gouna, about five minutes from El Gouna Downtown and eight from Abu Tig Marina. Instead of an open-sea beach it has its own Sandy Lagoon, a supervised swimming area on the water at ground level, with a rooftop-level infinity pool above.

Its 132 rooms, studios and suites (28 to 94 m²) mix hotel comfort with apartment space: studios and suites have their own kitchenette, and the larger suites sleep up to four adults. That makes it a good fit for families and longer stays, and for anyone who wants to be in the middle of El Gouna's restaurants, marina and water sports rather than tucked away in a self-contained resort.

Rooms, studios and suites

Choose from Creek Rooms and Premium Rooms (tea and coffee tray and mini-fridge), Creek Studios and Premium Studios with a kitchenette, and Junior, Deluxe, Executive, Signature and Rooftop suites. Executive Suites have two bedrooms, a dining table and a lagoon view and sleep four adults, or four adults with two children. Many rooms have a balcony or terrace, a plunge pool can be added to some on request for an extra charge, and an accessible Premium Room is available.

Restaurant and bars

The Butler, on the second floor, serves breakfast and dinner as a buffet or à la carte, with live cooking and themed nights (smart casual at dinner). The Pool Bar serves lunch by the infinity pool, the Lagoon Bar on the water serves pizza, pasta and salads, and the Lobby Bar is open from breakfast until late. In-room dining, with a children's menu, runs until 2:00.

Pools and the Sandy Lagoon

Two outdoor pools on the second floor, a 200 m² infinity pool for adults and a shallow children's pool, are supervised and heated in winter. On the ground floor, the Sandy Lagoon gives you a calm, supervised place to swim from 08:00 until sunset. For open-sea beaches, Zeytouna Beach is a short drive away.

Spa, families and El Gouna

The Health Club & Spa (ages 14+) has a free gym plus a sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, Turkish bath and indoor pool, with massages and beauty treatments at extra cost. Children have a playground for ages 3–10, and cots and high chairs are free. The concierge books El Gouna activities such as kitesurfing, diving, snorkelling, wakeboarding and boat trips.

Fly into Hurghada International Airport (HRG); the road transfer to El Gouna is roughly 20 to 30 minutes. We can arrange private transfers on request.

Best time to visit: Like the rest of the Egyptian Red Sea, El Gouna is sunny year-round. March–May and September–November are the most balanced months. Summer is hot with a very warm sea; winter is mild with cooler evenings.
